The KPA (Kerala Pravasi Association) district conferences have been moving ahead in full progress, ahead of its state conference.
As part of this, KPA held its Pathanamthitta District Representative Conference at New Indraprastha Auditorium on July 16, 2023.
More than 400 delegates participated in the conference which was inaugurated by KPA National General Secretary Shri. Jerry Raju and other national leaders.
KPA’s core resolutions were discussed and passed at the district conference. Comprehensive development of Pathanamthitta district, health, education, problems of farmers, difficulties faced by non-residents, and many other issues were actively discussed in the conference.
The KPA is making a systematic effort to make its presence known in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections and to become a decisive force in the assembly through the 2026 assembly elections. KPA’s stand against bandhs, hartals, and violent protests that make people’s lives miserable has already become the talk of Kerala politics.
KPA’s vision of “Self-sufficient Kerala through Expatriates” saw the completion of the first two homes of the “Ayiram Veedu” project, built for the underprivileged and economically backward people in the state. Along with this, they are committed to creating jobs based on merit, in the country or abroad, with the aim of ensuring employment for at least one person in every household. KPA’s job portal pravasijobs.com will be launched within a few days.
KPA intends to implement these projects with the help of people’s participation and has ensured all legal procedures are being followed to accept CSR, Crowd Funding, and Donations. The party hopes to see a greater inflow of youth to KPA through such schemes.
Although led by expatriates, any citizen of this country can become an active member of KPA. KPA aims to be a movement open to any like-minded person over the age of 18.
